Is there a reason why the total Grpmax Filtering AF is listed for a variant in gnomAD v4.1.0, but not in gnomAD v4.1.0 (non-UKB)? (Variant examples: 3-12600235-T-C, 11-533799-T-G)
Thank you for reaching out. Joint frequency metrics, including GroupMax Filtering AF (FAF), are only available for the full gnomAD v4.1 dataset. This is because we did not include subset groupings (such as non-UKB) when calculating the joint frequency metrics for this release.

There is an open ticket https://github.com/broadinstitute/gnomad-browser/issues/1727 for this issue. Is there an estimate on when GroupMax Filtering AF will be available for the non-UKB subset?
