Hello gnomAD,
Could you give me some information on whether gnomAD cohorts are screened out for congenital heart defects?
If someone had a repair in childhood and is currently a healthy adult (no heart issues), would they be included in some/all of these populations?

As of now, we would not purposefully include a cohort ascertained for congenital heart defects, but we have no ability to screen these individuals out of other cohorts since we typically have no access to phenotypic information.
Thus, if someone had a repair in childhood and was recruited into the UK Biobank, they would be present in gnomAD v4.1.
