We noticed that the gnomad.v4.1.sv.sites.bed.gz and the gnomad.v4.1.sv.non_neuro_controls.sites.bed.gz files have the same number of lines. Is this expected? Also, we noticed that for the v4.1 release there is a non_neuro_controls.sites.bed.gz file whereas in the v2.1 release, there are gnomad_v2.1_sv.nonneuro.sites.bed.gz and gnomad_v2.1_sv.controls_only.sites.bed.gz files. Was the nonneuro and controls-only sites combined for the v4.1 release?
it is expected these two bed files have the same records, the difference is : gnomad.v4.1.sv.non_neuro_controls.sites.bed.gz has additional annotations of frequencies among non_neuro samples, and non_control samples; and yes, we now put them all in the same vcf / bed file.
