Hi I am looking at this indel and others:
how are the phyloP scores determined for sites spanning more than 1 bp? max min, mean, or median score?
These scores are based on the locus itself, so they represent the PhyloP score of the first base in the indel. Thanks for bringing this behavior to our attention.
