Missing Data in your database

Dear recipient,
I really appreciate your website gnomAD, it helps researchers, clinicians, etc.
I just have a question as we are working on a project about PDCD1 gene sequencing, I cannot understand why there is a missing region regarding this gene in your database! which is from: (chr2:241853055 to chr2:241858693)! Is your database depent on submitted data! Because our project is whole gene sequencing (exon and intron) of PDCD1 gene and we detected may variants in this missing region!

Hi Ahmed,

When I search for that region, I see many variants. This is the link to the search results: gnomAD. If you are still having issues, can you please provide more information (links, screenshots, specific variants you expect to see)?
