I am just writing with an annoying “How long is a piece of string?” question if I may please! Our group is undertaking an analysis of several large population frequency datasets (100,000 Genomes Project, UK Biobank, gnomAD non-UKB etc.) and are also very interested in adding All of Us to our list of datasets.
Unfortunately, our institution is not currently planning to join the list of approved All of Us institutions and the variant browser isn’t fit for our desired bulk querying. I was wondering if you were still planning to incorporate these into gnomAD v5, and, if so, whether there was any approximate timeframe for its release? I appreciate this is likely still some time away but would be grateful for any vague estimate that you might be able to offer (even if only speaking in orders of magnitude like months vs. years) to aid in planning our analysis.
