Gene Symbols Starting with 'CA'

Hello gnomAD Team,
Quick question on searching gene symbols starting with ‘CA’ - such as CA11, CA10, etc. The results map to a variant, not the gene. Searching for the gene ID, eg ENSG00000063180, gets us to the correct page. Is this because the query requires more than two characters to map to a gene symbol?

Thank you for reporting this behavior. Currently, any searches starting with “CA” will search for ClinGen Allele IDs (CAIDs), which is why searching for “CA10” and “CA11” returns variant results. The team will work on updating the search so that searching for gene symbols starting with “CA” will search for either CAIDs or genes.
