Availability of ExAC WES BAM files

Hello!

I am searching for public data for normal individuals sequenced with Agilent SureSelect to construct a Panel of Normals. To my knowledge, ExAC samples have been sequenced with that kit, but I have not found a link anywhere where I could access the BAM files or the FASTQ files.

Are these files publicly available or do I have to make a formal request to obtain access? If so, who do I have to contact?
