Most genomic variant studies compare most common variant allele with second common one. Are there studies comparing the second with the third common one, and are third common ones available in the gnomAd database?

Hi,

gnomAD reports all alternate alleles observed in our samples. We provide aggregated metrics for each allele which includes the allele frequency. We do not have study comparisons of second vs. third most common alleles.
