The gnomAD v4.0 gene constraint announcement stated that “v4.0 metrics are still experimental. We recommend that anyone using the v4.0 constraint results should consider the metric to be in a beta stage, and anyone looking for a more established version should continue to use the gnomAD v2.1.1 constraint metrics.”
In the gnomAD v4.1.1 announcement, changes to the LOEUF metric calculation were discussed, but I don’t see that the misZ score was discussed at all - did the calculation of this metric change as well? Are the misZ and LOEUF scores in v4.1.1 still considered to be experimental? Should users who are looking for a more established version should continue to use the gnomAD v2.1.1 constraint metrics?
