Is there a gnocchi contraint data at 100 bp resolution rather than the 1 kb gnocchi set. I have the 1 kb set and it is extemely valuable so thank you for making it available. I have seen several places mention that a 100 bp set can be deduced from a 1 kb set that slides along the genome in 100 bp intervals. I have not been able to find this dataset in the expected places. Does such a dataset exist. Many thanks for any assitance. I am using Hg38.
