Dear gnomAD team,
Thanks for your efforts and your great work.
I downloaded the HGDP + 1KG callset.
Looking at the data, I see the genotype being reported as e.g., ‘0/0’, which, I understand, indicates unphased data.
I thought the dataset was phased. Am I doing something wrong or did I download the wrong files?
