gnomAD v5 - planned release?

Hello,

I heard in some recent meetings that there is going to be a gnomAD v5, and noticed a few topics in here that indicated that the change from v4 to v5 is based only on All of Us Research data being incorporated. Is that correct? When is gnomAD v5 planned for release?

As noted in a recent blog post, in gnomAD v5 we will add data from All of Us v8. We anticipate v5 will be released this year.

Any way to narrow down the time line? Is the staff thinking a couple of months, or perhaps Fall versus Winter? We’re planning things in my lab, but I may hold off if the release is coming sooner rather than later. Thanks!

We have a team of just three people working on the v5 short variant (SNV + indel) release and are unable to give a more specific timeline.
